Karate

The club offers 3 karate sessions lasting 4 months. However, it is possible to register during the session with the authorization of the chief instructor.

Kobudo

The club offers a Kobudo introductory course once a week on Saturdays from 8:45 to 9:45.

Stretching for brown and black belts

The club offers a course oriented to flexibility once a week, Saturday from 8h to 8h45

           The dojo is open 30 minutes before class and closes 15 minutes after the last class

SKIF instructors

Dan exams are supervised by SKIF world instructors (Kancho Nobuaki Kanazawa & M. Manabu Murakami – Instructeur en chef).
Before taking the exam, make sure you have on hand:
* Valid SKIF Unexpected SKIF passport with photo
* An additional photo ID
* 20$ CAD administration fees (SKIF Montreal)
* Forms to fill in
For the Shodan exam, the $ 260 USD fee must be paid in cash (including the US $ 80 non-refundable exam fee and the US $ 180 refundable fee in case of failure). For higher levels, please consult the website of SKIF world.
